Delivery & Returns

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm AEST will be shipped within 2 business days, pending payment verification. Items will be sent via Australia Post.

Orders are subject to a $10.95 delivery fee to most destinations.

Orders over $100 are eligible for free postage.

* For Wholesale Customers a freight charge will be calculated and added after your order is packed. An invoice will be emailed once the order is dispatched.

In the event that you miss your scheduled delivery, the courier should leave a notification card detailing when they will attempt to deliver again, or requesting an alternate delivery address. Signature on delivery is required, unless organised differently with the courier. Home Fragrance Co. cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries outside of its control e.g. weather conditions.

Home Fragrance Co. Returns Policy:

We do hope you are happy with your purchase, as we are in delivering it to you. We pride the care we take in packaging our products;  However:

- In the case that, we accept that you have received a product from us that is different to the one you ordered.

- In the case of damaged goods upon delivery.

We offer (at our option) an immediate exchange, credit or full refund. Returns must be made within 7 working days from receipt of goods, with proof of damage. Returns must be unused, and in original packaging. We will refund the cost of return freight for the above reasons only.

If you are unhappy with your product, for any other fair reason, returns are accepted with a credit or full refund (at our option). They must be made within 7 working days from receipt of goods. Returns must be unused, and in original packaging. You must pay all costs of returning products to us.
